No, House of Izal is currently an online store. We do not have a physical outlet at the moment. You can place your order through our website or contact us through our official social media pages for assistance.
How can I cancel my order?
For order cancellation, kindly contact us through email, Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp within 1 day of placing your order. Please share your order ID while requesting cancellation.
Any order that has already been processed or handed over to the courier company cannot be cancelled.

Shipping and Returns
What are your current shipping locations?
House of Izal currently delivers across Pakistan. For international shipping, kindly contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether delivery is possible to your location.
What is the processing and delivery time?
Once your order is placed, we verify the order details and then forward it for processing. We normally process orders within 1 working day after confirmation.
All deliveries are made through courier service partners. Delivery time may vary depending on your city, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, or sale-season rush.
Deliveries within Lahore usually take 2 - 5 business days to deliver and deliveries outside Lahore may take 3 - 7 business days to deliver.
Courier riders usually call or send a message before making a delivery attempt. If you miss the delivery, please call back the courier company as soon as possible for quick delivery assistance.
If the courier company is unable to contact you, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, House of Izal may contact you again to resolve the matter. Re-delivery may require additional delivery charges.
Standard shipping charges are Rs 250. Shipping is free for orders exceeding Rs 4500. During sale, shipping charges might differ. Furthermore, for custom deliveries, kindly email us at info@kefpk.com or leave a message so we may guide you further.
I have received a wrong, faulty, or damaged product. What should I do?
In case you have received any damaged/wrong/faulty product, we gladly accept all merchandise for return or exchange within 7 working days of delivery, provided it:
– Is in new condition
– Hasn’t been washed, used, or altered
– Has the original price tag and packaging intact
In case of change of mind requests, only exchange will be allowed within 2 days of delivery. You will be required to deliver the product to our office address and pay for the shipping charges. Once we receive the product, we will give you a discount coupon for the same amount, which can be used for other purchases.
