Refund Policy

At House of Izal, we carefully check and pack each order before dispatch. However, if you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item, we are here to assist you.
Return Period
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
•    In the same condition in which you received it
•    Unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged
•    With tags, where applicable
•    In its original packaging
•    Accompanied by receipt, order ID, or proof of purchase
Items sent back without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
A refund will only be issued if:
•    The item received is defective
•    The item received is damaged
•    The item received is different from the one ordered
For all other reasons, including change of mind, colour preference, fabric preference, or personal choice, refunds will not be issued. In such cases, only an exchange may be offered, subject to approval.
Exchange Policy
For change-of-mind requests or other non-defective issues, an exchange may be allowed within 7 days of receiving the order.
Please note:
•    The customer will be responsible for sending the item back to us.
•    The customer will bear the delivery charges for exchange.
•    The item will first be inspected by House of Izal.
•    Once the exchange is approved, the exchanged item will be dispatched.
•    No refund will be issued if there is a price difference between exchanged items.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If your item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately with:
•    Your order ID
•    Clear pictures or video of the product
•    Clear pictures of the packaging, where required
•    A brief explanation of the issue
Once we review the case, we will guide you regarding the return, exchange, or refund process.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale, discount, clearance, or promotional offer cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Only defective sale items may be eligible for exchange after inspection and approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
•    Used, worn, washed, altered, perfumed, stained, or damaged items
•    Items without original packaging
•    Items without proof of purchase
•    Personal care items
•    Customized or special-order products
•    Gift cards, if applicable
•    Sale, clearance, or discounted items, except defective items
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method decided by House of Izal. Please note that bank or payment processing time may vary.
